1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Scholar Spark, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept on your behalf.

2. The Service

Scholar Spark provides AI-assisted academic analysis and career recommendations. Outputs are guidance, not professional counseling or guaranteed outcomes.

3. Accounts and Plans

Explorer (Free), Career Pro, Parent Pro, and Schools plan tiers are offered. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits are enforced server-side. Plans are designed for students and graduates alike.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Upload only academic records you have the right to share.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of the AI services.
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or third-party private data.

5. Billing

Payments are processed by our payment provider. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of uploaded records. You grant Scholar Spark a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Career and academic recommendations are informational only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scholar Spark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
