I graduated years ago — will my old transcript still work?

Yes. Even a transcript from 5–10 years ago contains the academic signals we use for matching. If you don't have it anymore, use our manual entry option.

My grades weren't great. Will Scholar Spark still help me?

Absolutely. Scholar Spark analyzes subject patterns and strengths — not just GPA. A student with a 2.8 GPA and strong History and English grades may be a great fit for roles that a 3.9 STEM student isn't.

Can a parent or counselor use this on behalf of a student?

A parent can sign up and invite their student to join. Counselors using the Schools plan can onboard students in bulk. The student always owns their data.

Is there a difference between the free tier for students vs. graduates?

No — the free tier works exactly the same for both. One analysis per month, top 3 career matches, strengths snapshot.

I'm a graduate (or a parent). Do I have to deal with XP, badges, and streaks?

No. Gamification is designed for the student track to keep long-term exploration engaging.
